Lina Derridj serves as European Ambassador for Film in Algeria, representing a new generation of screen talent connected to both European and North African creative cultures.
Trained at Cours Florent in Paris, where she completed the full three-year acting programme in 2024, she combines formal dramatic training, camera experience and a natural understanding of contemporary screen presence. Her work includes short fiction, festival-oriented projects and two participations in the Nikon Film Festival, alongside public visibility through Netflix’s Ultimatum: France.
Within Film in Algeria, Lina’s role is strategic: she helps reinforce the connection between our Algerian production services and Europe’s creative ecosystem, including producers, directors, casting teams and artistic partners.
